How it works:

When a truck experiences a fault, Detroit Connect Virtual Technician will automatically notify you via email or the Detroit Connect Portal about the severity of the fault and how to resolve it.
If the fault is critical, Virtual Technician will transmit data to the experts at our Detroit Customer Support Center for further analysis and support.
Detroit Virtual Technician experts will send a follow-up notification to your fleet outlining the cause of the critical fault event, the recommended parts to fix the problem and the nearest service locations with the right parts in stock.
